    AltoCalendar is a personal application that connects the Alto personal AI
    assistant to Google Calendar. It is intended for private, personal use and
    is not offered as a public service.

  <h2>Google Calendar Data Access</h2>

  <p>
    AltoCalendar accesses Google Calendar data only after the user explicitly
    authorizes access through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization process.
  </p>

  <p>
    AltoCalendar requests access to Google Calendar events so that Alto can
    perform calendar-related actions requested by the user. Depending on the
    requested action, this may include accessing event information such as
    event titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations, attendees, and other
    event details available through the authorized Google Calendar scope.
  </p>

  <h2>How Google User Data Is Used</h2>

  <p>
    Google Calendar data is used only to provide calendar functionality
    requested by the authorized user. This includes:

  <ul>
    <li>listing and displaying calendar events;</li>
    <li>checking the user's schedule;</li>
    <li>creating new calendar events;</li>
    <li>retrieving details of existing calendar events;</li>
    <li>updating calendar events when requested; and</li>
    <li>deleting calendar events when requested.</li>
  </ul>

  <p>
    Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling,
    analytics, or any purpose unrelated to providing the requested calendar
    functionality.
  </p>

  <h2>Data Storage</h2>

  <p>
    AltoCalendar stores OAuth credentials, including authorization tokens,
    as necessary to maintain the user's authorized connection to Google
    Calendar.
  </p>

  <p>
    OAuth credentials are stored in the application's private environment and
    are not intentionally made publicly accessible.
  </p>

  <p>
    Calendar event data is accessed as necessary to perform calendar operations.
    AltoCalendar does not maintain a separate database for the purpose of
    permanently collecting or profiling Google Calendar event data.
  </p>

  <h2>Data Sharing</h2>

  <p>
    AltoCalendar does not sell Google user data.
  </p>

  <p>
    AltoCalendar does not share Google user data with third parties for
    advertising, marketing, profiling, or data-broker purposes.
  </p>

  <p>
    Google Calendar data is processed only as necessary to provide the
    calendar functionality described in this policy.
  </p>

  <h2>Data Retention and Deletion</h2>

  <p>
    AltoCalendar retains OAuth credentials only for as long as they are needed
    to maintain the authorized Google Calendar connection.
  </p>

  <p>
    If access is revoked or the integration is discontinued, stored OAuth
    credentials can be deleted from the application's environment.
  </p>

  <p>
    AltoCalendar does not intentionally retain a permanent independent archive
    of Google Calendar event data.
  </p>

  <h2>Revoking Google Calendar Access</h2>

    The user may revoke AltoCalendar's access to Google Calendar at any time
    through their Google Account settings. After authorization is revoked,
    AltoCalendar can no longer access Google Calendar through that
    authorization.
  </p>

  <h2>Security</h2>

  <p>
    Reasonable measures are used to protect OAuth credentials and Google user
    data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Access is limited to
    the systems necessary to operate AltoCalendar.
  </p>

  <h2>Changes to This Privacy Policy</h2>

  <p>
    This Privacy Policy will be updated if the way AltoCalendar accesses,
    uses, stores, or shares Google user data changes. The current version will
    remain available at this URL.
